Ave Maria Development has announced that 233 new homes were sold in the first nine months of 2015, a number that surpasses the total number of new home sales in all of 2014. Ave Maria has three different home builders – CC Homes, Del Webb and Pulte – building in four different neighborhoods – Maple Ridge, Del Webb, Emerson Park and Hampton Village.
The diocese has entered into what Bishop Frank Dewane calls a "historic" partnership with Franciscan University in Ohio to offer graduate courses that can be taken in Florida.
