Proposed Budget to be Reviewed at AMSCD Meeting May 5

The Ave Maria Stewardship Community District will meet for the first time in six months Tuesday, May 5, at 9 a.m. at the Ave Maria Master Association office in the town center.
The meeting will review a proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning May 1, which has few changes from the current year and keeps supplemental assessments for homeowners flat at the same rate they have been for the last two years.
Tom DiFlorio, a resident of Emerson Park chosen at the last meeting to replace Herb Cambridge on the board, will be sworn in at this meeting and the board responsibilities will be reorganized to reflect this.
The AMSCD meeting is open to the public. Below is the agenda for the meeting.
