The Ave Maria University Security department in association with the Collier County Sheriff's Office is sponsoring a series of monthly workshops on security and crime prevention that are open to residents as well as students and other members of the AMU community.

The first event is on preventing identity theft and will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, at the AMU Academic Building room 1012.
