New Del Webb Model Center on Track

Pulte Homes says it is on track to open a new sales center and model park later this year in the Ave Maria Dell Webb community.
The exterior of the 8,000-square-foot sales center(right) is finished, and the eight model homes adjacent to it are in varying states of completion. Everything is scheduled to be finished by the end of the year, according to Pulte Homes spokeswoman Valerie Dolenga.
The sales center and new models are part of a $20-million investment in the Ave Maria Del Webb community announced by Pulte in the spring. In addition to the new models (below) and sales center, Pulte plans to begin construction early next year on a new 36-000-square-foot amenities center that it hopes to have finished by early 2012.
As part of its plans to focus its immediate attention in Ave Maria on Del Webb, Pulte south Florida President Ryan Marshall announced plans in Marchto merge the Bellera Walk neighborhood into Del Webb and to migrate it to an "over 55" community. (See previous Ave Herald story here.)
