Following is the notice provided by Ave Maria Development on an informational meeting May 3 to discuss and explain the proposed Ave Maria Architectural Design Review Board.

A Neighborhood Information Meeting will be held to provide an opportunity to learn about the creation of an Ave Maria Architectural Design Review Board ("DRB") for the Ave Maria community. The proposed DRB will be composed of Ave Maria residents, business owners, and stakeholders appointed by the Ave Maria Stewardship District Board of Supervisors, Ave Maria University, and Ave Maria Development, and would propose, administer, and enforce architectural and design standards for new non-residential and mixed use structures within the Ave Maria community. This would be an alternative to the continued use of current County suburban architectural and design standards within Ave Maria.
The Neighborhood Information Meeting will be held on Monday, May 3, 2010, at 5:30 p.m. at the Ave Maria Master Association Offices located at 5076 Annunciation Circle - Suite 103, Ave Maria. At this meeting the petitioner will make every effort to illustrate how the DRB will be created and function, and to answer any questions you may have.
