Ave Maria Development (AMD) reports that a record 342 homes were sold in 2016, a 20-percent increase from the previous year. Ave Maria has been the fastest selling new home community in Southwest Florida for the last seven consecutive quarters, said AMD's Cee Cee Marinelli.
