Independence Day Festivities in Ave Maria

A bike parade followed by a celebration at the water park highlight events in Ave Maria on Independence Day.
The bike parade (see below) follows directly after the daily Mass in the oratory, which is moved to 10 a.m. on the 4th of July. Bikes will go around the oratory and then proceed to the water park.
Festivities at the water park are from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include free food provided by the Knights of Columbus. Admission to the park is free for residents and there is a $5 charge for non-resident guests.
