Nathan Morris Appointed New Manager of Ave Maria Master Association

Nathan Morris (right) has been named the new manager of the Ave Maria Master Association, replacing Luisa Rosales, who announced her resignation earlier this month to take a job with St. Agnes Catholic Church.
Mr. Morris began working as the assistant community manager for the master association last year after spending several years on the staff at Ave Maria University. He lives in Ave Maria, in the Emerson Park neighborhood.
In his new role, he will have responsibility for the master association's facilities -- North Park, South Park, the water park and the town center fitness center -- as well as the individual home owner associations for Emerson Park, Hampton Village, Middlebrooke, Avalon Park and the La Piazza condominium association.
The master association has also announced that Lisa Ball will be moving into a new role as office manager, and Joan Miller is joining the staff as the administrative association. Both live in Ave Maria.
