Four Donahue Shamrocks Receive All-State Football Honors

Four members of the Donahue Academy football team have been named to an array of all-state honors from the Florida Christian Association of Private and Parochial Schools.
Dominic Allan won both the All State Linebacker of the Year and All State Defensive Player of the Year, in addition to receiving the All State Sportsmanship Award. His brother, Elias Allan, was the All State Offensive Player of the Year.
Mark Cheffers was named All State Wide Receiver and Randy Beidelshies received the all state award for highest GPA.
The Donahue Shamrocks lost only one game in the regular season and the playoffs until being defeated in the state champsionship game.
