The design of the Ave Maria town center was inspired by Italian piazzas, but has always lacked an authentic Italian dining experience.
That will change in late November when Gino and Mary Ann Campobasso open a second location of their popular restaurant, Gino's Trattoria Per Tutti, in the location formerly occupied by Milano's Pizzeria.
"I love Ave Maria and am happy to be there," Mr. Campobasso said about his plans to expand from his first location in the Pebblebrooke plaza, which already counts numerous Ave Maria residents among its clientele.
The Ave Maria location will be open seven days a week in season and will serve lunch and dinner. A statement from Ave Maria Development said the menu will include a variety of pizzas, sandwiches, chicken parmesan, sausage and peppers, lasagna, rack of lamb, pasta with mussels and clams, and daily Italian Specialties. Beer and wine will also be available along with espresso and cappuccino.
