Donahue Shamrocks Win Sixth Straight, Remain Undefeated

The Donahue Academy Shamrocks rolled to another victory Friday night, beating Oasis of Cape Coral 50-14 on the road. The Ave Maria team remains undefeated with a 6-0 record, and in their six games, outscored opponents by a total of 245-114.

Elias Allan had another big night as quarterback, completing 10 of 18 passes for 175 yards and two touchdowns, and rushing for another two touchdowns.

John Paul Klucik had two touchdowns along with a fumble recovery, Dominic Allan had two sacks and one 37-yard touchdown reception. Mark Cheffers and Randy Beidelschies each added touchdowns.

The Shamrocks face what might be their toughest test of the season so far next week, when they travel to Vero Beach to play Master's Academy. Master's also has a powerful offense, and has not lost since their opening game of the season.

In the two previous games before Friday, Donahue beat Lakeside Christian from Clearwater 40-16 at North Park and defeated Hernando Christian of Brooksville on the road 44-21.
