Acupuncturist to Offer Services in Ave Maria

Father Robert McTeigue was so impressed with the treatment he received from acupuncturist Lilly Heh (right), that he encouraged her to offer services to the entire community of Ave Maria.
Dr. Lilly took his advice, and now is planning to offer acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine treatments every Saturday afternoon at the Salon d'Maria in the Ave Maria town center.
Fr. McTeigue will introduce Dr. Lilly to the community at a reception Thursday, Jan. 12, from 5-7 p.m. at the salon. He will make a presentation on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Dr. Lilly will demonstrate acupuncture, answer questions about health, acupuncture and herbal medicine and will will be available for consultations.
Dr. Lily is a graduate of Beijing Medical University, with over 22 years of clinical experience. She is certified by the State of Florida as a Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and treats allergies, insomnia, migraines, arthritis, asthma, chronic pain, menopause, stress, obesity and many other ailments.
The introductory reception Jan. 12 is open to all, and light refreshments will be served.
