AMU Women's Basketball Team Wins Sun Conference Title

Ave Maria University, paced by a game-high 25 points from Sandy Jenkins (right),  won the Sun Conference Women's Basketball title Saturday with a convincing 72-51 win over St. Thomas at the Golisano Field House. The women are ranked 19th nationally in the NAIA and will be the top seed in the Sun Conference tournament next week.
